The compact design of this CAB label printer makes it an ideal tool for small spaces. Made with high-quality materials, all components and the external casing of this German-made thermal transfer label printer are perfectly fitted together. The printing resolution is available in 203 or 300 dpi, depending on the selected model. With a printing speed of up to 150 mm/s, you can quickly obtain all the labels you need.
The screen provides great ease of use for this thermal transfer printer. It allows you to easily view and select all available functions.
Included with the CAB label printer, the Cablabel S3 Lite software allows you to design your labels. The various available tools enable you to create high-quality customized labels tailored to your needs. The Cablabel S3 Lite software does not support variable barcode printing. The Pro version of the Cablabel S3 software allows this type of printing, as well as database connection and import directly from the software installed on a computer. You can try this Pro version for 30 days before installing it permanently.
After designing your personalized labels, you can save the file to a USB drive or the internal memory of the EOS2 printer. Adding data to the CAB thermal transfer label printer is simple thanks to the four available USB ports: one on the control panel, another on the external control panel, and two located at the back of the printer. You can connect a USB drive, service key, Wi-Fi key, Bluetooth, keyboard, or barcode reader. This allows the label roll to be printed in multiple runs, as the printer retains all saved files in its memory and operates independently without needing to be connected to a computer.
The large transparent cover allows you to check the status of the label and ribbon rolls at any time. Additionally, the rolls of labels and ribbons are very easy to install. Once loaded, the label roll holder automatically centers when the cover is closed, while the ribbon holder adjusts using a stopper according to the width of the ribbon roll. The label detection sensor identifies the beginning and end of the roll.
A Mobile Version of This Thermal Transfer Label Printer for On-the-Go Use
The EOS2 thermal transfer printer is also available in a mobile version for locations without electrical connections. Powered by a 24V input voltage, the printer can operate with any suitable battery. The EOS battery pack 2 allows for over 500 print tasks per day with a label size of 100x68 mm and 15% black coverage. The battery charging time is 2 hours. The maximum printing width is 105.7 mm. Data transfer can be done via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
Optionally, the battery capacity can be doubled if needed, corresponding to the "battery pack 4".
This model of thermal transfer label printer is highly practical for situations where no electrical connection is available.
