Attached to our sales team he/she will be responsible for sales administration and administrative management.

Description of position

  • Administration and accounts
  • Receipt of calls
  • Processing and dispatch of mail
  • Filing and archiving
  • Preparation and assistance Accountant
  • Sales Admin. Assistant
  • Receipt and recording of orders
  • Initiating and following up orders/production with our French and international suppliers.
  • Management of internal and relocated stock.
  • Preparation and shipment of packages by adapting
  • the billing carrier.
  • Follow up and entry of payments
  • Supplier invoices: registration and entry of payments
  • HR and Social
  • Management of restaurant vouchers, leave and pay, training, occupational medicine… (directly in cooperation with the appropriate accountant)
  • Help with internal recruitment (ads, convention management, contracts…)
  • Insurance… (in direct connection with the accountant)

Processing and distribution of mail - Receipt of calls - Customer invoicing - registration and follow up of settlements- supplier billing /registration of payments- Management of internal and relocated stock/French and international suppliers.

CIEL Commercial Management and Ciel Compta would be a plus

Qualifications required
BAC + 2 minimum
English read, spoken and written

Experience desired
Minimum 3 years in a similar position
Basic Experience or technical awareness a bonus

€1900 gross + ½ Carte Orange + Restaurant Vouchers
