My account

View all information regarding the management of your personal account.

I forgot my username / password!

To retrieve your username, it’s easy. It is always the email address you provided when registering.

To recover your password, click on "Login" at the top of any page on the site, then click on "Forgot your password".

You will then shortly receive your password to log in to your customer area on the site.

How can I update my personal information?

Click on "CUSTOMER AREA" at the top of a page on the site, log in with your email and password to access your account information.

Then, click on the "My personal information" icon to update your email or password, or on the "My addresses" icon to update your billing or delivery addresses.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Click on "CUSTOMER AREA" at the top of a page on the site, log in with your email and password to access your account information.

Then, click on the "My personal information" icon where you can manage your email subscriptions, including the newsletter.

What is SBE's privacy policy?

All information you provide to SBE is strictly confidential and will remain so: this is a commitment we take very seriously.

As stated on the "My personal information" page of your account:

"The information you provide enables us to ensure quality processing and follow-up of your requests. It is intended exclusively for SBE and is never shared with other companies."

Furthermore, personal data has been declared to the CNIL under No. 1584430. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data.

Are my personal details really safe?

The security of SBE Direct's servers is closely monitored and supported by a strict security policy to prevent any disclosure or unauthorized use of your personal data.

SBE does not store any banking data on its servers. The payment process is fully managed by BNP Paribas’ Mercanet servers.

In addition, the sbedirect website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard. This is the highest level of security currently available for secure web applications. SSL is based on public key/private key technologies provided by Verisign, Inc. and uses a 40-bit encryption algorithm developed by RSA Data Security, Inc.
