Click on "CUSTOMER AREA", and log in using your email and password to access your account. Then click on the "My Personal Information" pictogram to change your email or password, or click on "My Addresses" to modify your billing or delivery addresses.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Click on "CUSTOMER AREA", log in using your email and password to access your account details. Then, click on the "My Personal Information" icon. You can manage your email subscriptions there, including the newsletter.

What is SBE’s privacy policy?

All information you provide to SBE is strictly confidential and will remain so—this is a commitment we particularly value. As stated on the "My Personal Information" page of your account:

Are my personal details truly secure?

The security of the SBE Direct servers is closely monitored under a rigorous security policy to prevent any unauthorized disclosure or use of your personal data.

SBE does not store any banking data on its servers. The payment process is entirely managed by BNP Paribas's Mercanet servers.

Additionally, the sbedirect website uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard. This is the highest level of security currently available for secure web applications. SSL technology is based on public/private key technologies provided by Verisign, Inc., utilizing a 40-bit encryption algorithm developed by RSA Data Security, Inc.
