Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and Services Provided

2. By visiting the Website and/or using any part of it (content, hyperlinks to the Website, etc.), the website user (hereinafter the “User”) agrees without reservation to these Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter the “Terms”), which constitute a contract between the Company and the User.

Miscellaneous provisions

The Terms are valid and binding on the Company and Users for the entire duration of the visit to the Website and/or the use of any part of the Website or its services.


9.2. Severability
If any part of the Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, the relevant provisions shall be deemed unwritten, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain applicable between the User and the Company.


9.3. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the relationship between the Company and the User are governed by French law.

The French courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes that may arise between the parties regarding the performance of these Terms.


Specific terms of use of the Website

10.1. Access and management of the client account

When the Website offers a professional space or client account, the User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details. Any action carried out from their account will be deemed to have been performed by them. They agree to immediately inform the Company of any unauthorized use of their login details or any breach of security.

10.2. Website availability and maintenance

The Website is accessible 24/7, except during interruptions, scheduled or not, for maintenance or in cases of force majeure. The Company shall not be held liable for any Website unavailability and/or unavailability of all or part of the services offered, whether voluntary or not.

10.3. Website security

10.7. Access suspension

In case of non-compliance with these Terms or any use deemed abusive or fraudulent of the Website, the Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the User’s access to the Website without prior notice or compensation.
