General conditions of use of the Site and services proposed

By visiting the Site and/or using all or part of the Site (content, hypertext link referring to the Site,…), the user of the Site (hereinafter "the User") gives their unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter “the TOS”), which constitute a contract between the Company and the User.

If the user accepts them, it is advisable to print and keep a copy of the TOS.

These TOS may be modified or supplemented at any time, so Site Users are invited to consult them on a regular basis.

The purpose of the Site is primarily to present the products and services that it offers as part of its activity.

Contractual limitations on technical data

In view of the nature of the Internet, the Company cannot be held liable for material damage related to the use of its Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site, any software used on the Site, and more generally all elements of the Site (including texts, images, graphics, icons, sound, videos, software and all distinctive signs) (hereinafter "the Properties") are subject to protection under the title of intellectual property.

In the event of use of the Site, the Company grants, on a non-exclusive basis, the right to use the Properties within the limits necessary for visiting the Site and the use of the services offered therein for strictly personal and private use.

The User therefore undertakes not to copy, modify, integrate Properties on any medium whatsoever, not to perform reverse engineering or using any other method to attempt access to source codes and/or protocols of Properties.

The User also undertake to refrain from selling, ceding, licensing, sub-licensing, transferring, give as collateral, or transmitting the Properties in any way.

The User undertakes to refrain from making any use of the Properties other than that related to the consultation of the Site and from infringing against the intellectual property rights of the Company or of those right holders concerned.

Any use of Properties other than that related to the consultation of the Site is prohibited without express, written and prior agreement by the rights holders concerned.

Limitation of Liability

The Company may not be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the User's equipment by virtue of access to the Site and/or resulting from the use of material that does not meet the specifications set out in point 4, or the appearance of a bug, anomaly or incompatibility of any nature.

The Company may not be held liable for indirect damage (such as a loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the Site.

The Company is not responsible for the fraudulent use that may be made by any User or, more generally, by any third party, of the information, the content that it may find on the Site.

Personal data and cookies

7.1. In the context of the use of the Site and its services, the personal or navigational data of Users may be collected either directly from the User or indirectly (such as the URL of the links through which the User has accessed the Site, the User's access provider, the Internet Protocol address (IP) of l 'User')

7.2. During browsing on the Site, cookies may be installed on the User's computer.

A cookie is a small file that does not allow user identification but records information about the navigation of a computer on a site.

The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent navigation on the Site and is also intended to permit various visit measurements. The refusal to install a cookie may result in the inability to access certain services of the Site.

7.3. This issue was the subject of a statement by the French data protection authority (CNIL), registered under number 1584430.

Under the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, any User has the right to access, rectify and challenge personal data which concerns them, by making a signed, written request, accompanied by proof of identity, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

Miscellaneous provisions

9.1. Duration
The TOS are valid and enforceable against the Company and Users throughout the duration of the Site visit and/or the Use of all or part of the Site or its Services.

9.2. Invalidity
If some of the TOS were to turn out to be illegal, invalid or inapplicable for any reason, the provisions in question would be deemed unwritten, without putting in question the validity of other provisions that will continue to apply between the User and the Company.

9.3. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These TOS and the relationship between the Company and the User are subject to French law.

The French courts have jurisdiction to decide on any disputes that may arise between the parties in respect of the execution thereof.
