This textile label printing kit allows you to quickly and independently print professional-quality labels. It includes a SQUIX 4MT printer, 15 rolls of textile labels, and 15 thermal transfer ink ribbons.

This kit is designed for self-printing textile labels while ensuring their durability and quality.

This textile label printing kit includes:

• A CAB SQUIX 4 MT thermal transfer label printer to print your own customizable labels. This printer ensures high print quality ranging from 300 to 600 dpi and a printing speed of up to 300 mm/s.
• 15 special textile thermal transfer ink ribbons that provide maximum durability to textile labels and enable printing on various materials. Thanks to their pure resin composition, textile labels resist all types of washing.
• 15 rolls of non-adhesive nylon textile labels measuring 50mm x 200m. These labels are known for their ease of sewing onto textiles.

This textile label printing kit is ideal if you want to print your textile labels manually and quickly.

If you want to go even further and print variable barcode labels, use the pro version of the Cablabel S3 software provided with the printer.

Options and Accessories (available on request):

	Guillotine Cutter: A blade installed at the label output of the printer cuts the label backing after each thermal print. This allows you to collect your printed labels in a stack. The cutter can be customized to perforate the material in addition to cutting. A collector can be added to the printer, allowing for the collection of around 50 labels.
	PCU400 Cutting and Perforation Guillotine: This tool enables perforation of continuous materials like textiles and heat shrink tubing for later manual separation. Materials can also be cut.
	External Rewinder: The external rewinder connects to the printer, but there is also a version with an integrated power supply that operates independently. The winding direction can be internal or external. The tensioning arm optimally adjusts tension for better rewinding.
	External Unwinder: The label roll is automatically centered upon insertion. The roll’s winding direction can be internal or external. This accessory is ideal for handling heavy label rolls.
	Label Dispensing Module: This accessory enables labeling of products moving along a conveyor. A detection sensor signals the position where the label will be applied. As labels are printed, completed labels are dispensed. The conveyor belt speed must be adjusted accordingly. Positioning is monitored by a reflex sensor.
	Memory Card: Label templates designed using the Cablabel S3 software can be saved and stored on a memory card or USB drive. These storage devices can then be connected to the printer, allowing it to operate independently without being connected to a host system.
	Standard USB Keyboard: Label templates are created using Cablabel S3 software on a computer, then saved onto a memory card, USB drive, or directly in the printer’s internal memory. Once connected to the printer via USB, the keyboard allows you to complete the label template with variable information such as numbering. The printer can then be used independently without being connected to a computer.
	CC Linear and 2D Barcode Verifier: Positioned against the label printer, the verifier reads the barcode horizontally or vertically as it exits the printer. If an anomaly is detected, printing automatically stops to alert the user, allowing them to remove the unreadable label.

Software Compatibility: Cablabel S3

CAB printers are fully compatible with the Cablabel S3 software, and we exclusively offer the Cablabel S3 Pro version.

When purchasing a CAB printer, the offer also includes a free version (Cablabel S3 Lite), which allows you to design and print labels. This version is ideal for discovering the basic features before upgrading to the full version.

The Cablabel S3 Pro version provides advanced tools for label design and printing, ensuring optimal integration with CAB printers and efficient management of variable data, barcodes, and complex layouts.
