A PVC card to identify people 

The format of the PVC cards is similar to the format of bank cards (86x54.03mm), its size allows it to be carried in the wallet. It is possible to personalise PVC cards with a printer. The PVC card is 750 microns thick (credit card quality and material). The plastic card has a 320 µ core and a 250 µ front/back lamination.

There are different formats of PVC cards: 

- Blank white PVC cards are plain cards. They are useful for identification cards or pass cards for events such as trade shows, meetings, etc. It is an alternative to the classic cardboard cards because it is more robust and will last longer. 

- Blank PVC cards with a magnetic strip are useful for payment solutions, restaurant cards, identification badges, gift cards or loyalty cards. In order to read these cards, it is imperative to have a magnetic stripe reader. The magnetic stripe arrives blank and needs to be encoded. In order to encode the track, the PVC card must be slid into the slot of the reader and the encoder software allows you to record the desired data. The strip uses HiCo (high coercivity or high energy) technology and it is recommended to avoid contact with a magnet.

A customisable PVC card

We offer you the best in quality when it comes to custom plastic access badge-cards: a thick, ultra-white PVC: 0.75mm, particularly resistant to repeated handling, meets ISO/CEI 7810/11 standards, size: 86x54mm.

These custom access badges are either ready to use or can be printed with the help of a thermal transfer printer for printing badges. These badges are very useful for identifying visitors, in conferences and in other events where they can also feature as promotional merchandise.

This custom access badge is printed in black color on one side. This high resolution print on the plastic card can highlight a logo, a graphic design, a fixed or variable text like numbers or barcodes, names and contact information of a person (different on each card). You can also choose our personalised PVC card with four-colour printing on one side or our personalised PVC card on both sides.

Optionally, each PVC custom access badge can stand in as a genuine promotional item adding value to your brand image. You can stylize it with a pre-positioned adhesive flap either on the front or the back (to be specified when placing the order). The self-adhesive protection increases the life of the custom access badges. It improves its resilience, making it highly resistant to harsh weather conditions and rough handling by permanently sealing and protecting paper photos and handwritten information contained in the PVC badge against fraud.

On request, we can also deliver these custom access badges with a magnetic stripe or an oblong perforation.
