RJ45 cable lock

The RJ45 ethernet cable lock is basically the same as the RJ45 lock, the difference is that the RJ45 lock locks a cable in the RJ45 plug and not the plug itself. It secures the cable and prevents unauthorized removal of the cable. This is very convenient to prevent another malicious person from using your Ethernet jacks. 

Why use an RJ45 ethernet cable lock on an Ethernet cable? 

RJ45 cable, also known as Ethernet cable, is present in the vast majority of homes today. Appeared in the 70’s, this cable allows you to connect your multimedia tools such as computers, televisions, landlines...

However, you are not immune to the possibility that a malicious person may want to remove your cable to use the connection, install a virus or recover data. 

Therefore, this RJ45 conector lock system is the perfect security and locking device for RJ45 connectors. It protects against external aggressions by allowing you to lock your cable in the RJ45 port.

It locks a standard RJ45 cord, preventing it from being unplugged from its socket. Compatible with most RJ45 cords, it is nevertheless advisable to perform a test with a single bag if a large quantity is required. How to install and use this RJ45 ethernet cable lock? 

To prevent a third party from trying to remove your RJ45 cable, simply attach a plug to a socket to prevent unauthorized removal of the cable. Very easy and simple to use, this RJ45 cable lock can be manipulated without interfering with any nearby outlets. 

RJ45 ethernet cable lock instructions : Put the network cable into the lock, then with the key lock the cable into the lock. Then you can put it in the RJ45 port. To unlock, simply use the key and remove the cable and lock.

With the lock, the Ethernet cable locks your cable into the RJ45 plug. The ports are therefore secure. To guarantee its security, you will only be able to remove this lock with the key supplied with it.

Please note: The lock is compatible with most cables, however please make sure that the head of your cable matches the one shown in the picture (no more than 12mm).

Please note that this RJ45 ethernet cable lock is only available in red. It is sold in a pack of 10 locks and an unlocking key. 

In order to have a maximum of security for your RJ45 ports and cable, we advise you to put in addition to protect your RJ45 plugs, our RJ45 port lock. Thus your ports are inviolable and avoid you to have virus attacks or that you recover personal and confidential data.
