This barcode badge reader is a high quality product that is unique due to its ease of installation and small size ( 127mm x 54 mm x 35mm ), which makes it highly practical for use.

Features of the badge reader:

This badge reader allows to read badges thanks to an integrated decoder for PC. It is provided with IP65 standard metal casing (for outdoor use, water/dust resistant) and a red light and infrared light (reads visible and invisible barcodes as for example with our  PVC card blank). Its reading speed is from 50 to 1000 mm per second.

A sound and light signal sets off once the person swipes his badge under the scanner. This is a programmable barcode badge reader and comes with an optional USB, RS232 keyboard connection (contact us). The barcode reader with the RS232 interface requieres a 5V power supply and for USB interface, it will be compatible with Windows, IMac and Linux. Its 1.50m long cord enables comfortable manipulation, and the power supply is directly from the port. Please note that for this barcode reader, the product warranty is 2 years.
