The regulation on the prohibition of smoking and vaporizing

Following the decree n° 2006-1386 of 15/11/2006 and the decree n°2017-633 of 25/04/2017, the government has taken the decision to ban smoking in public places such as companies, administrations, schools, health establishments. It is in 2008 that the law applies to hotels, restaurants, cafes but also discos. In addition, the law prohibits steaming in certain collective places such as covered and closed workplaces that are for collective use.
