The building regulations sign gathers on a single support the living rules that apply to every occupant of a co-owned or rented property. Displayed in the hall, the stairwell or a shared room, it recalls the common practices (hours, cleanliness, parking, noise, access) without a caretaker having to step in. Made to MFX 08003 ISO 6790/7010 compliance and screen printed, it keeps its text legible against the oils and solvents of cleaning, indoors and around the outside. Offered in nine materials and in the 200x300 mm size, it mounts easily on any wall. Its content adapts to your rulebook on simple request, for clear and lasting communication between residents.

Recalling the living rules without the caretaker stepping in
A well-kept building rests on markers known to all: quiet hours, waste sorting, upkeep of shared areas, bike movement, visitor access. By displaying them at the entrance, this sign defuses neighbourly friction and spares repeated reminders. It suits co-ownerships, residences, social landlords and office blocks, and joins the range of general and specific instruction signs. It stands alone or alongside other building instructions.
A support built to ISO 6790/7010 compliance
A displayed rulebook's credibility rests on the quality of its support. This sign is made to MFX 08003 ISO 6790/7010 compliance, the framework governing premises instructions and signage. Screen printing ensures excellent overall resistance: the text does not fade through repeated cleaning and copes with contact from maintenance oils and solvents.
For everything on nomenclature, colour codes and available materials, open the premises signage and instructions page. And if your rulebook needs a dedicated layout, choose the bespoke safety signage panel.
