Screen-printed, the artwork resists rubbing, UV and weather, indoors and outdoors. Available in ten materials and made to measure, it suits the mounting surface and exposure of each site. In line with the colour and shape rules of prohibition signs, it completes your site rules signage.

Setting the rules for a park or green space
A park, a garden or a nature site welcomes visitors with varied habits. The no picnic prohibition sign sets a simple, visible rule, at the entrance or at sensitive spots: fragile lawns, protected zones, water edges. Placed in full view, it prevents use conflicts and helps enforce the rules. It fits within the range of red prohibition and warning signs used across sites open to the public.
A standard pictogram, readable by everyone
The effectiveness of a prohibition sign lies in its visual code. The round pictogram ringed in red is understood at once, including by an international audience, without relying on text. On this sign, it means that stopping to picnic is not allowed. This graphic language follows the shape and colour rules shared across prohibition signage.
To cover a whole site, pair this sign with the yellow warning and hazard signs, which flag risks, and with building signage for wayfinding and site rules.

Does this sign carry any text?
The sign relies on a round pictogram ringed in red, understood without translation. Text or a custom format can be added on request as part of a made-to-measure order.
Is it suitable for outdoor mounting?
Yes. The screen print resists UV and weather, and several materials are designed for outdoor use. The choice of material depends on the exposure and the mounting method of the site.
Which materials are available?
Ten materials are offered, from light PVC to rigid Dibond and photoluminescent. For a particular need, the specific signs allow made-to-measure production.
Which format should I choose?
The standard 200 x 200 mm format gives good readability at entrances and along paths. Larger formats can be produced to measure for extended or busy sites.
