A sign is intended to be displayed at strategic points of passage in your company, hospital, restaurant, bar, ... . In this sense, it is the window of your company and must in some respects be in your colours.

At the same time, the choice of format is important. If you want to put up a sign containing important information, it is essential that the format is suitable enough to ensure that the information is visible even from a distance.

Did you know that the choice of material can be of great importance in terms of low-light readability ? Depending on the specifications, we know that your needs and requirements can sometimes be specific. Therefore, discover below our wide choice of materials :

• White or Clear Vinyl : Vinyl panels are known for their excellent durability and flexible, adhesive backing. Available in white or transparent ;
• Vinyl Vitrophany : Its so-called "reverse" printing allows it to be glued to glass windows and doors, making it much easier to read through ;
• PVC 1 mm or PVC 1.5 mm : Our PVC panels are 100% recyclable and have excellent fire resistance (melting at 165°C, decomposition at 300°C without chlorine release). They are tear-proof and easily cleaned with soap and water. Customised PVC panels are available in 1 mm or 1.5 mm thickness ;
• FOREX 3 mm : One of the major advantages of this material is its lightness. Nevertheless, this type of printing is sensitive to touch ;
• Dibond 3 mm : Made almost exclusively of expanded aluminium, our Dibond panels are highly resistant to weathering and UV rays ;
• Plexiglas 4 mm or 8 mm: The panels we offer in Plexiglas are the most aesthetically pleasing in the range. Indeed, they are made of transparent plastic, offering an optimal visual rendering. It is possible on request to have a silver or gold frosted background. Available in 4 mm or 8 mm thickness ;
• Vinyl Magnetic : Our magnetic vinyl panels allow for optimal adhesion to magnetised surfaces ;
• Photoluminescent: Extremely durable, our Photoluminescent signs are available in 1mm thickness and offer optimum visibility and legibility in the dark.

The characteristics of the Building Signage panels:

Signs are an integral part of our daily life, they indicate in part the location of a place or the priority that certain people have to get there. Their purpose is to inform and indicate a place. The most common signs are: "toilet" sign, "Person with Reduced Mobility" (PRM) sign, "reception" sign or "parking" sign.

In many respects, signage is confused with its cousin, traffic signs. However, the latter have a radically different focus and purpose. The purpose of the sign is to indicate a direction or a key location.

Unlike the signpost, the presence of a signpost is mostly subject to a regulation and makes it compulsory in a public place or a place subject to frequent traffic. Here are some examples of signs: "evacuation" sign, "assembly point" sign, "emergency exit" sign or "two-way" sign.

Safety signs have a twofold purpose. The first is to inform of a potential danger and the second is to recommend and indicate what to do if the danger occurs. Nevertheless, within this category, it is necessary to dissociate instruction signs from other safety signs. Some examples of safety signs: general instructions in the event of fire, general safety instructions, danger sign with no access or fire door sign, do not obstruct closing.
