This roll of ink ribbon is dedicated to applications requiring perfect print quality and excellent mechanical resistance. The ink on the roll provides excellent print quality for all types of barcodes, logos, or other elements with a darkness measured by DOR of 1.7.

The resin ribbon has unique resistance to various solvents (such as alcohol, oils, grease, etc.) while maintaining label print quality, making it perfectly suited for challenging conditions.
The ink in this ink ribbon allows printing on synthetic films (polypropylene, polyethylene, vinyl, polyolefin, polyester), coated and glossy papers, and our label rolls. The print has excellent resistance to friction, scratches, solvents, and high temperatures up to 180°C.
Its print quality is maintained at speeds of up to 250 mm/s, and it is printable at resolutions of 200, 300, and 600 DPI. Moreover, high-quality components offer excellent protection for the print head while preventing clogging and static electricity.
In addition to the SATO brand, thermal transfer ink ribbons can also be used with all traditional thermal transfer label printers. Please note that you can also use our transparent protector to protect each thermal transfer label and optimize its lifespan and printing quality.
