This ink ribbon roll is designed for applications requiring exceptional print quality and excellent mechanical resistance. The ink coating ensures superior printing quality for all types of barcodes, logos, and graphics, with a blackness (DOR) level of 1.7.

Main features of thermal transfer ink ribbons

The resin ribbon offers exceptional resistance to a variety of solvents (such as alcohol, oils, and grease), while maintaining print quality on labels, making it perfectly suited for demanding environments.

The ink of this ribbon allows printing on synthetic films (polypropylene, polyethylene, vinyl, polyolefin, polyester), coated and glossy papers, and our label rolls. The print delivers outstanding resistance to friction, scratches, solvents, and high temperatures up to 180°C.

It maintains consistent print quality at speeds of up to 250 mm/s and supports print resolutions of 200, 300, and 600 DPI. Furthermore, its high-quality components ensure excellent protection of the printhead, preventing clogging and static build-up.

In addition to SATO printers, these thermal transfer ribbons can also be used with all standard thermal transfer label printers. You can also use our transparent protective cover to extend the life of each thermal transfer label and achieve optimal printing performance.
