The wheeled waterproof transport case 63x35x49 cm protects sensitive equipment in transit and storage across professional environments. Its polypropylene shell and perimeter seal deliver an IP67 rating against dust, water and impact. Stainless-steel bearing wheels and a telescopic handle move it with ease, even when loaded. Available with three interior options, it suits measuring instruments, tools and fragile equipment.
What the waterproof case with wheels protects
Built for teams that move valuable equipment, this waterproof case with wheels brings protection, mobility and modularity together in a single container.
- →IP67 sealing: the gasket and automatic valve keep out water and dust, including after brief immersion.
- →Impact resistance: the polypropylene shell absorbs the shocks and vibration of road or air transport.
- →Controlled mobility: stainless-steel bearing wheels and a telescopic handle let you pull the load instead of carrying it.
- →Three interiors: empty, adjustable dividers or pick-and-pluck foam, depending on the contents.
- →Secure closure: two easy-open latches plus eyelets for a padlock or seal.
- →Certifications: compliance with the MIL C-4150J, DEF STAN 81-41 and STANAG 4280 references.
- →Lifetime guarantee: the manufacturer covers the case body against defects.
Moving sensitive equipment without damage
In the field or in the workshop, a measuring instrument or an electronic device will not survive a fall. The wheeled waterproof transport case forms a rigid barrier between your equipment and its surroundings.
The polypropylene shell takes the knocks, while the perimeter seal and the pressure valve keep the inside dry, even in rain or in an aircraft hold.
An operating range of roughly -40 °C to +99 °C covers both winter callouts and hot climates. You move cameras, sensors, drones or precision tools from site to site without fearing moisture or vibration.
For lighter loads, the range offers other hard cases with wheels, and for immersion-critical needs the waterproof hard cases focus on the seal and valve.
IP67 sealing and MIL and STANAG certifications
IP67 means two concrete things. The first digit, 6, indicates total protection against dust. The second, 7, guarantees resistance to temporary immersion up to one metre for thirty minutes.
This relies on a continuous gasket and an automatic valve that balances pressure after transport at altitude. Beyond sealing, the case meets the MIL C-4150J, DEF STAN 81-41 and STANAG 4280 references, three frameworks used to validate transport containers in severe conditions. These requirements cover mechanical strength, sealing and temperature behaviour. For regulated uses, the manufacturer's technical documentation sets out the associated tests.
Interior layout of the waterproof transport case
The interior is chosen according to what you carry. An empty waterproof transport case gives full freedom for custom padding; dividers organise several items; pick-and-pluck foam immobilises each fragile part.
| Need | Recommended interior | Example use |
|---|---|---|
| Custom padding | No-foam version | 3D-printed cradle, proprietary kit |
| Several items | Adjustable dividers | Tools, multiple accessories |
| Fragile parts to immobilise | Pick-and-pluck foam | Measuring instruments, optics |
To lock the case, the eyelets accept a padlock or a cable seal, useful for flagging any unauthorised opening in transit.
Mobility of the shockproof transport case on wheels
Protection is only useful if the container stays manageable. The shockproof transport case rolls on polyurethane wheels mounted on stainless-steel bearings, built to track straight on hard floors. The retractable telescopic handle adjusts to the user and tucks away for storage.
Empty, the case weighs 11.10 kg, or 11.80 kg with foam: pulling replaces carrying, which reduces fatigue during repeated handling. For bulkier loads, the rolling transport case 95x36x69 cm offers more capacity, the rolling transport case 79x28x49 cm sits mid-range, and for a compact format the rolling carry case 56x30x23 cm is lighter to manoeuvre.
This format belongs to the wider range of hard carrying cases; for a reinforced closure, compare it with the safe protective cases. Full dimensions and references are listed in the site's Specifications tab.
FAQ - wheeled waterproof transport case
Is the wheeled waterproof transport case really watertight?▾
Yes. Its IP67 rating guarantees full protection against dust and resistance to temporary immersion up to one metre for thirty minutes. The perimeter gasket and automatic valve deliver this sealing while balancing pressure after transport at altitude.
Can it be pulled when loaded over long distances?▾
The polyurethane wheels on stainless-steel bearings and the retractable telescopic handle are designed to pull the load rather than carry it. Empty, the case weighs 11.10 kg; pulling reduces fatigue during repeated moves between vehicle, dock and workstation.
Which interior configuration should I choose?▾
The no-foam version suits custom padding, adjustable dividers suit several items, and pick-and-pluck foam suits fragile parts such as measuring instruments or optics. The choice depends on the nature and value of the equipment carried.
What do the MIL and STANAG certifications mean?▾
The MIL C-4150J, DEF STAN 81-41 and STANAG 4280 references cover how transport containers perform in severe conditions: mechanical strength, sealing and temperature behaviour. They are used to validate equipment for demanding environments.
Can it be locked with a padlock or a seal?▾
Yes. The eyelets built into the latches accept a padlock or a cable seal. This added closure secures the contents and flags any unauthorised opening during transport.
