The Honeywell ScanPal™ EDA51K mobile terminal is a cost-effective device designed for small businesses to conduct inventory in warehouses, distribution centres and retail sales.
To optimise field operations, the EDA51K is equipped with a 10.6cm (4") touch screen with a numeric keypad, which greatly improves input efficiency. Three scan buttons are located on each side of the mobile computer, specially designed for both left and right-handed users, eliminating any discomfort and providing an excellent user experience.
The EDA51K has high-speed operating performance, uses the octa-core Qualcomm® Snapdragon™1.8 GHz processor, and offers 3G+32G (standard version) and 4G+64G (premium version) two memory options. Plus, it comes with Android Q, which makes your business more flexible and protects your embedded investment.
It has a 2D and Imager scan head that allows for multiple scan modes. You can connect your handheld to computers via USB-C, Bluetooth, WiFi or 4G. This last mode allows you to put a micro SIM card and thus be used as a mobile phone to make calls or access emails. In addition, this function allows it to be used as a GPS.
In addition, thanks to its powerful 13 megapixel colour camera, the EDA51K can take pictures in dark environments and even read damaged packages effortlessly. It has a 32GB Flash RAM that can be expanded with a micro SD card. It can be complemented by its optional cradle, available in the SBE shop.
The barcode terminal is robust thanks to its compact size (164x73x24.5 mm) and light weight of 300g including battery. The battery of this stand-alone laser terminal ensures a minimum of 12 hours of continuous use and recharges in less than 4 hours. It contains a full suite of intuitive utilities for configuring and developing applications by business. The ScanPal™ EDA51K is a rugged, touch-enabled mobile computer with enhanced durability (IP64 rating). It can withstand some level of dust, water, drops, vibration, humidity, heat, cold and even static electricity and even static electricity.
