Matte white laboratory label for clean rooms

This label has been specially designed for the passage of most disinfecting liquids and autoclaves in clean and uncontaminated environments such as NSB3 / NSB4 laboratories or clean rooms thanks to its composition of matt coated white polyethylene film (135μm), laser printable and permanent acrylic type adhesive (20μm).

A laboratory label for clean rooms 

For environments such as a clean room, i.e. a controlled, sterile environment made to avoid any contamination, it is necessary to use products in adequacy with the environment, which have a very low presence of particles and bacteria, which will not harm the surface. 

Thus, our matt white laboratory label for clean rooms can be used in various clean and uncontaminated environments such as NSB3 / NSB4 laboratories or clean rooms.

Made of 135µm thick matt coated white polyethylene film with a 20µm permanent acrylic adhesive, this label can be in contact with disinfectant and autoclave liquids. It will be perfect to apply on all your smooth and flat surfaces. 

Thanks to laser printing, you can durably personalize your labels with a reference, a barcode... to reinforce product identification and traceability.

Customise your own labels with label editing software

Thanks to the Loftware Designer editing software and the templates of our A4 self-adhesive labels, you can now easily personalise your labels in sheets. This editing software is easy to use and intuitive. It will allow you to save time and also to exchange templates of your own personalised labels.

To use the templates, you just need to have the Nicelabel Designer 2019 version (if you already have a previous version, you need to update to use the templates), then download the templates. Then open the label template you want and customize your labels as you wish with texts, barcodes, images... When your self-adhesive label template is finished, click on Print and choose your printer and print! It’s that easy.

You can find the templates either in the SBE download area or in the product sheet, in the sliding scale prices tab (under the price tables).  

Note: make sure that the print area of your printer matches the area of your labels (in rare cases, the print area of the printer may be smaller and your labels will be cut off). Also, make sure that your printer’s printing on conventional paper is straight.

An ultra-resistant identification label

Tear-proof by hand, this label is not affected by water, UV rays, sun exposure (no yellowing or discoloration), or weather (rain, frost, snow). 

With a lifespan of 3 years, you can use it without worries under extreme temperatures (from -20°C to +130°C) as well as in severe environments (hydrocarbons, chemical aggressions, industrial cleaners...).
