Heavy duty laboratory labels for autoclaves

This label is perfectly suited for laboratory use. This label can be handled especially in clean and uncontaminated environments such as NSB3 / NSB4 laboratories or clean rooms. Its composition made from a matt coated white polyester film, laser printable and a permanent acrylic adhesive allows it to be used in sterile environments without any risk. A polyester laboratory label 

This matt coated white polyester film label has been specially designed for clean and uncontaminated environments such as NSB3 / NSB4 laboratories or clean rooms. Ideal for the identification of samples, vials... containing aggressive products. It is therefore very easy to apply and handle. 

Its permanent acrylic adhesive allows a certain longevity once applied on your product and thus ensures identification in the laboratory as well as traceability during transportation.

The heavy duty autoclave laboratory label is made of a 60µm thick matte coated white polyester film coupled with a 20µm thick permanent acrylic adhesive.

You can apply the label to all your smooth and flat surfaces. We guarantee the durability of our labels.

Thanks to laser printing, you can customize your labels to ensure secure long-term identification.

Moreover, to create and print your labels, we offer you the Nicelabel software and the Laserlab software, compatible with all types of printers.

Customise your own labels with label editing software

Thanks to the Nicelabel Designer editing software and the templates of our A4 self-adhesive labels, you can now easily personalise your labels in sheets. This editing software is easy to use and intuitive. It will allow you to save time and also to exchange templates of your own personalised labels.

To use the templates, you just need to have the Nicelabel Designer 2019 version (if you already have a previous version, you need to update to use the templates), then download the templates. Then open the label template you want and customize your labels as you wish with texts, barcodes, images... When your self-adhesive label template is finished, click on Print and choose your printer and print! It’s that easy.

You can find the templates either in the SBE download area or in the product sheet, in the sliding scale prices tab (under the price tables).  

Note: make sure that the print area of your printer matches the area of your labels (in rare cases, the print area of the printer may be smaller and your labels will be cut off). Also, make sure that your printer’s printing on conventional paper is straight.

A laboratory label designed for extreme environments

With an average outdoor shelf life of 3 years, this heavy-duty autoclave laboratory label is a high-performance label due to its high-quality design. Indeed, it is specially designed to withstand extreme conditions (hydrocarbons, chemical aggressions, industrial cleaners...) during storage, handling or transport.

Its permanent acrylic type adhesive resists very well to water and UV rays. Thus, do not fear bad weather (frost, snow...) nor sun exposure (no yellowing or color alteration). Unwrinkleproof with bare hands, you can expose it to extreme temperatures (from -20°C to +130°C).
