What a disposable velcro blouse gives you
- → Velcro closure : instant opening and closing, with no buttons to fasten.
- → Lightweight polypropylene: breathable and flexible, comfortable even over extended wear.
- → Single use: thrown away after use, it avoids laundering, disinfection, and linen logistics.
- → Hygienic barrier : it limits the transfer of dust, dirt and non-hazardous splashes.
- → Four sizes : M, L, XL and XXL to equip an entire team.
- → CE category 1 : compliant with European requirements for minor risks.
Velcro closure: on and off in one move
The velcro closure is what sets this model apart from the snap-button disposable blouse. It adjusts with a single press, sits easily around the torso and comes off just as fast. That is a real advantage when teams change blouses often, or when visitors need to gear up quickly at the entrance to a zone. The velcro tolerates repeated opening and closing throughout the garment's use, where a rigid fastening can slow dressing down.

Hygiene and protection in food processing wear

On a production line, in a laboratory or a workshop, the disposable blouse acts as a barrier: it protects the operator's clothing and limits contamination of the working environment. Because it is changed at every shift, it always stays clean, unlike a washable garment, which can retain contaminants even after laundering.
This product is personal protective equipment and fits into a wider people security approach. It suits food processing, industry, farm work and visitor access in restricted zones.
Polypropylene and single-use: a cost-smart choice
Non-woven polypropylene (PLP) is the reference material for disposable garments: light, it does not hamper movement and is comfortable to wear. Sold in boxes of 25, the blouse covers both recurring needs and activity peaks or the arrival of temporary staff. By removing cleaning and upkeep, single-use simplifies logistics and standardises every employee's kit.
Frequently asked questions
Is the blouse reusable?
No. It is a single-use product: it is thrown away after use, with no washing or disinfection. This keeps a clean blouse available for every shift.
What is the difference with the snap-button model?
Only the closure differs: Velcro here and snap buttons on the other model. Material (polypropylene), white colour, sizes and CE Cat.1 certification are identical. The choice comes down to how you prefer to put it on.
What does CE Cat.1 certification mean?
Category 1 covers simply designed PPE intended to protect against minor risks. The CE marking confirms compliance with the applicable European requirements.
Which sizes and packaging are available?
Four sizes: M, L, XL and XXL. The blouse is sold in boxes of 25.
Which sectors is it suited to?
Food processing, industry, farm work, laboratories, and visitor access in areas subject to hygiene rules.
