Your satisfaction is our top priority at SBE. Our teams work hard every day to ensure you are happy with your order. If ever that is not the case, you can still count on us. When you place an order on the SBE Direct website, you automatically benefit from our “Satisfied, exchanged or refunded” guarantee. You can therefore exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is an in-stock and non-customized item.
When you place an order on the SBE Direct website, you automatically benefit from our “Satisfied, exchanged or refunded” guarantee. You can therefore exchange an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it is an in-stock and non-customized item.
Customized products
Customized products are mainly items printed according to your specifications, such as labels, stickers, and badges. We take all necessary precautions with you before starting production of this type of product: free samples so you can carry out your tests, as well as a proof (BAT) that we will ask you to check and sign.
It is extremely rare for an error to occur. However, if a printing error were to occur on our part, we would restart production at our expense without question, on an urgent priority basis, so you are not penalized by an additional delay.
However, customized products are neither exchangeable nor refundable if the product itself (material, adhesive, printing) does not meet your expectations (which is why it is important to test beforehand), or if the printing contains an error on your part. In such a case, we could, if you wish, restart production at a reduced cost and on an urgent priority basis.

In-stock products
In-stock products are all the standard products you can find on this site, such as A4 label sheets for laser printers, anti-theft cables, accessories, etc. If one of these products does not suit you, we can take it back and, at your choice, offer you a replacement product that better meets your needs, or refund it if it has already been paid for.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately under its warranty.
In all cases, we will ask you to return the products within 7 days in their original packaging and in new condition, under the same conditions as above.
