A compact and ultra-efficient label printer

This label printer Sato CT4-LX Standalone Barcode RFID Printer equipped with a RFID system combines exceptional performance with a compact format that fits perfectly into any of your spaces. The RFID printer can reach printing speeds of up to 167 labels per minute. As a result, you can easily and quickly print customized labels according to your needs.

The CT4-LX RFID printer has a resolution of 203 and 305 dpi, and it can print not only roll RFID labels but also RFID inventory management labels individually as per your requirements.

This printer can print various alphanumeric fonts and 1D and 2D barcodes. The maximum width for customized labels is 104 mm, so you can use this label printer to print various types of RFID labels. This printer reads all UHF chips using frequencies from 860 to 960 MHz.

It features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with 31 display languages for the menu as well as for printing. This ensures fast and easy operation of your thermal transfer RFID label printer.

The RFID option allows retailers to enhance traceability by re-tagging products with RFID labels. Moreover, this printer complies with the following standard communication norms: ISO/IEC 18000-63.

For specific needs, an HF RFID option is also available on request, making the printer compatible with ISO/IEC 15693 standards for extended-range logistics applications using HF tags, as well as ISO/IEC 14443 standards for NFC short-range technology. Thanks to this versatility, the SATO CT4-LX ensures optimal reliability for high-precision labeling projects, whether for complex logistics applications or advanced identification solutions.

The RFID printer can read and encode labels consistently, but typically requires separate configuration settings. With your printer, labels are written, read, and verified before each print run. If a defect is detected in one of the RFID inventory management labels, the printer will mark the faulty RFID label with a message indicating the defective label and proceed to the next one. This ensures reliability. The printer prints and encodes your labels according to your needs, whether it’s 500 encoded labels with the same identifier or individually.

Equipped with the SATO rf analyze function, it can automatically read and encode RFID labels to achieve fast and stable encoding.
