A compact and ultra-efficient label printer

This label printer equipped with a RFID system combines exceptional performance with a compact format that fits perfectly into any of your spaces. The RFID printer can reach printing speeds of up to 167 labels per minute. As a result, you can easily and quickly print customized labels according to your needs.

The CT4-LX RFID printer has a resolution of 203 and 305 dpi, and it can print not only roll RFID labels but also RFID inventory management labels individually as per your requirements.

This printer can print various alphanumeric fonts and 1D and 2D barcodes. The maximum width for customized labels is 104 mm, so you can use this label printer to print various types of RFID labels. This printer reads all UHF chips using frequencies from 860 to 960 MHz.

It features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with 31 display languages for the menu as well as for printing. This ensures fast and easy operation of your thermal transfer RFID label printer.

If a defect is detected in one of the RFID inventory management labels, the printer will mark the faulty RFID label with a message indicating the defective label and proceed to the next one. The operation of this RFID motorized antenna system on two axes (X & Y) allows you to easily and quickly find the optimal reading and writing position. This allows you to optimally encode RFID tags, regardless of their size, design, or position in the final label.

After configuring an RFID label, the SATO rf analyze function adjusts the reading and writing conditions based on the RFID label you are using. This SATO rf analyze function allows the RFID printer’s read/write head to be placed in front of the label’s antenna and determines the optimal conditions for perfect reading and writing.

The results obtained from the measurement are applied immediately to the product. Additionally, by saving them as an RFID label model, you can easily access the settings when using the same smart label.

Thus, you can easily configure multiple label or inlay models by saving their settings in profiles and loading them based on the type of consumables installed in the printer.
