Durable Hard Cases with Key Features

At SBE Direct, we believe a great product is one that fits your needs. That’s why many of our cases are customizable. Adapt and adjust your transport case as needed.

Made from high-performance HPX resin/polypropylene-based material, namely copolymer, our cases are both lightweight and shock-resistant. Their waterproof properties ensure your fragile equipment is protected from humidity, rain, dust, and chemicals.

Our cases are available either empty or with pre-cut foam. You can easily store and protect any item by shaping the foam to your needs. For common uses, predefined compartments are available. For more specific needs, custom foam inserts are also an option.

Some models feature automatic pressure equalization valves, which allow your case to automatically adjust interior pressure based on the external environment.

All of our secure cases come with two locking rings for securing with security padlocks (standard or TSA). This added protection allows you to anchor your case to a fixed object like a table, car trunk, or counter.

We offer cases with or without wheels. Wheeled cases allow for faster, easier, and more secure transport of bulky items. Fixed handles are found on standard cases, while telescopic handles are included with wheeled models for easier mobility.

Certified and Proven Waterproofing

As mentioned earlier, our security cases have been tested in extreme conditions. These tests confirmed their waterproof performance. As a result, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) has awarded them dustproof certification and, depending on the model, waterproof certification.

You can check the level of protection by referring to the IP rating listed in each product’s specifications.

Here are our IP ratings:

• IP54: Dust resistant and protected against splashes;
• IP57: Dust resistant and waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes;
• IP66: Fully dustproof and protected against powerful water jets;
• IP67: Fully dustproof and waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Choose the appropriate waterproof rating based on your use. For desert crossings, IP66 or IP67 is ideal. For cases exposed to immersion, IP67 ensures optimal protection.

Modular Foam for Fully Customized Transport Cases

We offer nearly 80 different transport cases, each with its own set of advantages. Our focus is on customizability. Based on what you need to protect, our products adapt to you. All PELI cases include standard pre-cut cube foam so you can create custom storage cavities.

For highly fragile, valuable, or hazardous items, we recommend custom-cut foam inserts.

The type of foam depends on the intended use. For example, for basic cushioning, a low-cost, flexible foam may suffice—typically vinyl-type polyethylene foam, also referred to as ETH or MC.

For protection as a priority, we recommend denser foams: ETH foam for high mechanical resistance, polyurethane foam for sound or thermal insulation, or neoprene foam for waterproofing around objects.

To ensure your transport case fits your equipment perfectly, opt for a custom-cut foam insert for optimal protection, even in demanding conditions.

We offer a wide variety of foam types, densities, and colors. All are precision-cut using high-pressure waterjet or laser technology.

Fabric cases are typically used for commercial purposes and are ideal replacements for briefcases when transporting documents.

Aluminum cases serve the same purpose as copolymer ones but are more lightweight and practical—easier to carry and transport. However, they are less impact-resistant than copolymer cases.

We offer a wide range of sizes and formats. Need to protect SD cards or smartphones? Our microcases are ideal—miniature versions of our standard cases, designed to protect even your smallest and most delicate items.
