The cloth mask is a complement to the barrier gestures put in place such as social distancing and frequent hand washing. Wearing a fabric mask is essential during the COVID 19 health crisis. How do I use a fabric mask? 

As with a surgical mask, it is important to use your reusable mask properly so as not to reduce its effectiveness. To do this, there are a few simple gestures to follow.

It is essential to wash your hands before handling a washable fabric mask. Position your mask on your face by adjusting it. Once the washable fabric mask has been placed on the face, avoid touching it as much as possible and move it around. The fabric mask should cover the mouth and nose. If you need to remove it for any reason, wash your hands with soap or hydroalcoholic gel before and after handling it with the elastics only. Remember to change your mask every 4 hours and wash it after each use.
