All heat-seal labels are pre-cut and offer the ability to precisely customize relevant data such as fabric type, barcodes, cleaning instructions, or any other necessary information for your product.
Moreover, the color labels are easy and quick to apply thanks to their heat-seal side. You just need to place them on the fabric and press them with a hot iron for a few seconds for perfect adherence. And that’s it! Thus, you can create personalized labels in no time, without needing to resort to an external printing service.
Our range of printing options will vary, from no printing at all to single color, and four-color process printing. Four-color process involves overlaying four colors to achieve the correct final rendering.
The rolls of color heat-seal textile labels allow you to print the labels yourself and choose from a selection of bright colors. These labels are washable and dry-clean resistant, offering maximum durability. Black thermal transfer printing can be achieved using a suitable ink ribbon. Moreover, a heat press is used to heat the label to over 200°C using a textile heat press. You can apply these labels to all textiles (clothing, mattresses, carpets, etc.) to identify or communicate the characteristics of textile products in a colorful and attractive way.
