With the compact SATO CT4-LX thermal transfer label printer, you can print your own premium labels on rolls, individually or sequentially. The print quality is comparable to the labels found at the beginning of our catalog. This allows you to easily identify any type of item with text, a barcode, and a logo.
The CT4-LX thermal transfer label printer combines an ideal compact size for tight spaces with excellent performance. Faster than most in its category, the SATO CT4-LX can reach print speeds of up to 203 mm/s. This lets you print personalized labels such as barcode labels, price tags, or healthcare labels in high volumes and in no time.
Available in 203 or 305 dpi resolution, the CT4-LX can print on label rolls and wristbands, such as patient ID bands used in hospitals. This thermal label printer supports various alphanumeric fonts and 1D and 2D barcodes. It accommodates a maximum label width of 104 mm, enabling a wide variety of applications. The printer features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen with 31 display languages for menu navigation and printing, ensuring simple and fast use.
First, design your labels using Loftware software. This software is not included with the printer and must be downloaded from the SATO website. It allows for designing customized conventional linear barcode labels. However, this version of Loftware does not support 2D or EAN barcode creation, nor database or RFID label management.
Optional wireless and Bluetooth connectivity allows the CT4-LX thermal transfer printer to operate autonomously, without being connected to a host system. The printer is also compatible with RFID technology and can optionally support HF RFID encoding.
When the cover is opened, the label and ribbon rolls are easily accessible, making them quick and tool-free to replace. Maintenance is equally straightforward.
This printer is well suited for medical, retail, e-commerce, and industrial environments.
The most common applications include pharmaceutical labeling, compliance labeling, item tagging, wristband printing, and healthcare labeling.
